Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice. This can be done through phone call, email or text message.
Our Policy:
- Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 48 hours will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 40% of the reserved services. If there is an emergency and you are not able to connect with us within the 48 hours cancellation time then this can be discussed in further detail for re-assessment of cancellation.
- If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.
Please understand that our goal is to provide quality health care to all clients in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only our providers, but our other clients as well. Please be aware of our policy regarding missed appointments or late cancellations.
