I have always loved working with dates, sesame seeds and nuts as they are staples in Lebanese cuisine.

Ginger and Sesame Seed Logs
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1 cup macadamia nuts
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 400 g fresh medjool dates, pitted
- 1 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salts
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds
1. Process nuts and oats in a food processor until finally chopped. Add dates, ginger and salt, processor until mixture forms of paste.
2. Shape level tablespoons of mixture into 2 inch long logs, place on baking paper lined of entrée refrigerate for 15 minutes.
3. Meanwhile, stir sesame seeds in a frying pan over medium heat for two minutes or until lightly toasted. Cool.
4. Roll logs into sesame seeds place on Trey refrigerate for two hours or until form.
