A refreshing, fat-burning saffron recipe drink to boost metabolism. I love this easy and refreshing saffron drink that can potentially help boost metabolism.

Ingredients:

  • 1 litre filtered of water

  • 10-12 saffron threads

  • 1 lemon, sliced

  • Ice

Instructions:

  1. In a large pitcher, add the saffron threads to the water and let it sit for at least 15 minutes to infuse.

  2. Add the sliced lemon to the pitcher and stir to combine.

  3. Chill the infused water in the fridge for at least an hour before serving.

  4. Serve over ice.

This drink is a great way to hydrate and potentially boost metabolism, as saffron is believed to have thermogenic properties that can increase metabolic rate. Additionally, lemon can help.
