This antioxidant-packed recipe helps fight fatigue, stabilize blood sugar, and support mental clarity.

Ingredients:

• 1 cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk

• 3 tbsp chia seeds

• ½ cup fresh or frozen blueberries

• 1 tbsp pure maple syrup (or honey if not vegan)

• ½ tsp cinnamon

• 1 tsp vanilla extract

• Optional: 1 tbsp ground flaxseeds or hemp seeds for added omega-3s

Directions:

1. Blend blueberries, milk, maple syrup, vanilla, and cinnamon until smooth.

2. Stir in chia seeds and let sit for 5 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping.

3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight).

4. Top with extra blueberries, nuts, or coconut flakes before serving.
