A luxurious balance of sweet and savoury.

Looks festive, requires minimal effort.

Ingredients (organic when possible):

  • 2 cups red grapes
  • 1–2 tsp olive oil
  • Pinch sea salt
  • 1 cup ricotta
  • 1–2 tsp honey (optional)
  • 8–12 crostini or gluten-free toasted bread
  • Optional: crushed pistachios or fresh thyme

Instructions:

  1. Heat oven to 400°F / 205°C.
  2. Toss grapes with olive oil + sea salt. Spread on a baking sheet.
  3. Roast 15–20 minutes until skins blister and juices deepen.
  4. Whisk ricotta with honey until fluffy.
  5. Spread ricotta on crostini, top with roasted grapes.
  6. Finish with pistachios or thyme.

Tip:

If serving gluten-free guests, toast slices of gluten-free baguette or seed bread.
