INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 cup fresh blueberries preferably organic
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp organic hemp hearts
- 1 tbsp flaxseed meal
- 1 tsp maca powder
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 10 – 15 drops stevia or your favorite sweetener
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a mason jar or airtight container, combine all ingredients.
- Stir well to make sure the chia seeds don’t stick to the edges.
- I then like to seal the container and give it a vigorous shake for good measure.
- Refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes or overnight.
- Enjoy in the AM with a few fresh berries on top!
