INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4 cup fresh blueberries preferably organic
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp organic hemp hearts
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed meal
  • 1 tsp maca powder
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 10 – 15 drops stevia or your favorite sweetener

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a mason jar or airtight container, combine all ingredients.
  2. Stir well to make sure the chia seeds don’t stick to the edges.
  3. I then like to seal the container and give it a vigorous shake for good measure.
  4. Refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes or overnight.
  5. Enjoy in the AM with a few fresh berries on top!
