Autumn Detox Drink: Apple Cider Vinegar and Cinnamon

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon organic apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons organic lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1 teaspoon organic honey (or to taste)
